The construction methodology comprises of two tenancies housed within a steel framed metal clad building, surrounded by concrete and bitumen pavements, perimeter fencing, gates and landscaping. Internally each tenancy has an office area, disabled standard wet area, kitchenette complete with a storage deck above the office space.

The intended end use of the workshops is to provide a suitable facility for recycling problematic waste such as glass, glass containers, textiles, clothing, carpet, mattresses and eWaste.
