Action Buses engaged the Company in a joint venture with James Hardie Building Systems to provide their new head office at the existing Tuggeranong Bus Depot.
The office accommodation had to meet current guidelines for government offices.

The building modules were constructed at James Hardie Building Systems’ Elizabeth Factory in South Australia and then transported in modular form to the Tuggeranong site where they were erected into position.

Total area of the building was approximately 1,800 m2. The project was designed and constructed in 26 weeks.
