The project involved the extension of the existing clothing facility and internal refurbishment to suit the consolidation of defence clothing into one facility. Coordination of the existing in ground services was required prior to the construction of the new extension. Extensive joinery fitments for storage purposes were installed.

Communication cables were discovered going through the site, which were not documented. These cables were able to be retained and the building footings built over the top. This saved the client approximately $20,000 in relocation costs.
