This Project involved the construction of two 5 storey apartment buildings consisting of 69 residential apartments and 9 commercial tenancies located on the ground floor. The apartments consist of 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms with a variety of floor layouts and high quality finishes. Other features include floor to ceiling window glazing, full height cavity sliders, integrated appliances and custom designed common areas.

The building structure was constructed using a mix of precast panels, dincel walls, conventional concrete and structural steel.

The external facade makes use of three different types of cladding being precast panels, Swiss Pearl and Zinc giving it a distinct modern look.

An array of photovoltaic panels have been installed with the intention of lowering the overall cost of body corporate fees and ultimately benefiting the environment. Provision for an electric vehicle charging station has also been installed in the basement for future commissioning.
