The project involved the construction of a 108 room student accommodation facility.  The rooms were self contained and included a shower, toilet and kitchenette. 

There were four three storey wings joined by a three story spine structure.  The works also included an Administration block, hall and music room.

Constructed load bearing brick work skin before external skin. The main roof structure has also changed from being pitched to being trussed.
