Geotechnical investigations found the ground conditions at 3 sites to be ‘extreme’ due to significant movement.

INNOVATION:

The ground movement was overcome by installing screw piles to a stable foundation level, and installation of a more flexible façade in lieu of brick.

The client had surplus funds, and requested appropriate solutions.  To accommodate the hot summers, Project Coordination built a number of “Covered Outdoor Learning Area’s” (COLA’s), and Covered Walkways.
