Construction of a new special needs school using state of the art modular building techniques. Four classroom blocks and the administration building were manufactured in an off site facility and transported to site.
The project consisted in total of seven new single storey buildings including: seventeen classrooms in four blocks; a library; a multipurpose hall; an administration building; a hydrotherapy pool; covered outdoor learning areas; and extensive external works.
