The works included a major refurbishment of the kitchen facilities and a minor refurbishment of the dining areas. The bar area was also upgraded whilst the new works were carried out. A key issue for the Client on this project was to ensure the Club maintained its traditional five star service whilst the works were being undertaken. This required particular planning of key trade works whilst the Club was in operation.

The Company was required to recognise the significant heritage features of the existing building.  In so doing, it constructed numerous sample elements ensuring that the match was close to perfect.
