Construction of a new 1600m2 administrative building which includes library, administration offices, conference rooms, staff study, staff common room, staff amenities, and glazed entry foyer over 2 levels. Also includes new school amenities block and science block refurbishment.

INNOVATION:

Fabrication and erection of the structural steel portal frame and roof prior to the construction of levels 1 and 2 of the main building. This allowed construction not to lose time associated with inclement weather.
