The building extension was to accommodate a new lift.  The works included upgrading the new entry to improve disabled access, as well as replacing the Terrazzo and glazing to the Atrium.  As the building remained fully occupied and operational during construction, staging of the works as well as utilising after hours work, contributed to a successful outcome.

A new product Polyresin Terrazzo was used in the foyer and energy efficient glazing was used in the Atrium.
