The project consisted of the construction of a new Motel complex and underground car park, including landscaping. The site space was extremely tight to work in and it was imperative that the existing club’s operations were not disrupted by the works.

Precast concrete retaining walls were used in the basement of the car park to improve the programme.  Prestressed concrete slabs were used through out the car park to support the Motel above.
