Frensham School Mittagong is a non-denominational boarding and day school for 340-400 girls from Years 7-12 and is one of the largest boarding schools for girls in NSW.

This $4.8m project includes:

• extension and refurbishment of the existing dining room facility to increase capacity from 290 seats to 456 seats, improve the dining room main entry, upgrade the student and staff amenities, improve the staff entry into the Dining Room from the Main House; and

• refurbishment and extension of the Kennedy Boarding House to create a new centrally located Duty Room, new student common rooms, provide additional new and refurbished staff accommodation, improve boarding house entry arrangement for students and parents, provide an accessible entry and bathroom facilities, refurbish existing bathroom facilities and to provide a landscaped courtyard setting
