The project consisted of a new wing to the Hillgrove House Nursing Home.  The new wing provides dining and recreational areas, a servery, administration area and car parking as well as service and utility rooms.  Systems incorporated included a fully operational Nurse Call system, security, access control, hydronic heating system and all fire protection and mechanical systems.

The project team re-designed the structure to accommodate site access and materials handling issues. This introduced staging for the main slab incorporating an Ultrafloor slab system.
