Project Coordination was awarded the contract to refurbish two existing one-storey complexes compassing workshops, offices and amenities.

The main emphasis on the building works was the removal of the asbestos roofing, severely damaged in a hail storm in 2007 that caused extensive internal damage to the buildings, replacement of the ceilings that were also affected and complete electrical re-wiring of the building.
