The Company is delighted to have been awarded the design development and construction of the $4.2m JJ Richards & Sons ACT Operations Depot in the industrial precinct of Hume.

JJ Richards & Sons Pty Ltd was established in 1932 and is Australia’s largest privately owned Waste Management Company.

The 10,000m2 site will house a Warehouse, Workshop, Office Accommodation, External Storage and Parking Areas as well as significant Hard-standing. Work will commence in October 2014.
