This high-end fit out on Levels 6 and 7 of TransACT House was completed on a very tight timeframe and was handed over on time and on budget.  Its main features are the architectural combination of fixed joinery, soft finishes, walnut timber units, timber screens and coloured loose furniture.  The fit out provides a welcoming, colourful, functional and comfortable working environment.  Work breakout spaces and social spaces facilitate the LDA’s team environment and work group functionality.

INNOVATION:    

The fit out has been designed with circulation spaces on the outside corridor of each floor to accommodate the mechanical units located below the windows on Level 6 and the full-height glazing on Level 7.  All meeting rooms and offices are located in the core of each floor and have custom-made large glazed sliding doors to allow natural light into all areas of the floors.  An automated lighting system facilitates the use of natural lighting.
