Single storey building for sport and recreation classes, consisting of 4 classrooms, aerobics and weight training rooms and staff facilities. Constructed from structural steel framing with a mixture of aluminium composite cladding and colorbond cladding. The building has been designed to have natural cooling and heating  using louvres.

INNOVATION:

Deletion of the smartfix cladding system and use  of an adhesive fixing detail for ease of future maintenance. Change in louvre types to Australian made in lieu if the overseas type, making it quicker for manufacturing. Water tank design changes. Alternate roofing insulation options were used and the addition of electrical operating of the louvre system.
