INNOVATION

The following innovations and improvements were installed on the development at no additional cost to the buyers; double glazed tinted windows, 40mm thick stone stops in the kitchens, 20mm stone tops on the bathroom and ensuite vanity units, roller blinds to all doors and windows, private fully enclosed storage cages, frameless glass shower screens, run-on timers on the bathroom and laundry exhaust fans to reduce condensation issues.
