The Nexus complex consists of 56 apartments over three levels within two buildings, connected by a common landscaped courtyard and basement car parking. The apartments comprise of one and two bedrooms, some with an ensuite and an option for purchasers to upgrade appliances and finishes.
This project is the first stage of a two stage development and is aimed at both the first home buyer and investor markets. 95% of the apartments were sold at practical completion. A community solar hot water system, photovoltaic panels and grey water recycling have been installed with the intention of lowering the overall cost of body corporate fees and ultimately benefiting the environment. Common area landscaping at Nexus predominantly consists of low maintenance, indigenous, drought and frost tolerant plant species, designed to reduce the cost of maintaining community open spaces while also saving water.
