The company was engaged by the Department of Defence to construct a night training facility. The facility was constructed from lightproof metal clad steel with a concrete floor slab, consisting of Control Rooms, Jungle/Woodland staging, training and storage rooms, and Urban staging, training and storage rooms.

The facility comprises of special features for training purposes including tunnels under the floors, water features, Burma Bridge, a three storey house, a ‘bombed out’ / partly destroyed two storey building, a single storey domestic type house, and moveable walls through out.
