The project involved the refurbishment of the existing bakery to suit external operators.  The following work was undertaken; wall & floor tiling installed throughout, hydraulics upgrade to suit existing and new fittings, new light fittings to administration area, relocation and connection of existing bakery equipment, relocation and installation of new exhaust hoods and an upgrade of mechanical services to suit bakery equipment installed.
