The project involved alterations to virtually the whole retail area.  These included; a new food court, reconstruction of one of the entrances, creation of commercial rental space and the replacement of all tiled areas.

The Company had to maintain trading in as many areas as possible and consequently carried out the works in shifts and continually created new walkways for the patrons of the centre.
