The Industry Superannuation Property Trust (ISPT) selected Project Coordination as its Construction Manager for the base building upgrade to its Robert Garran Offices property in the ACT.

The project involved major mechanical and electrical services upgrades to meet current office accommodation guidelines and improved energy management principles.  

Fitout works were also undertaken for the building tenant, the Attorney General’s Department, including new carpet tiles and painting throughout.
