This project consisted of the conversion of Level 2 R5 laboratories into new office space.  The fit out included new floor coverings, joinery, painting and loose furniture.  New services were also installed.

Security requirements were stringent and access to the work site was limited. Careful planning and constant communication with the Client overcame these issues.

The building occupants were able to continue operations during the works due to careful programming by Project Coordination.
