Refurbishment of the SES headquarters for NSW in Regent Street Wollongong.  A six story fully occupied refurbishment with all new floor coverings, paint finishes, workstations, loose furniture, storage  and offices including glazed systems.  A full electrical refit and additional mechanical air conditioning systems were installed and swipe card access security.
