Construction of new classroom and learning facilities.  Single storey brick building and the refurbishment of existing presbytery and modification to classroom to become new school library.

The construction time frame was reduced by arranging access to both block A & C by allocating completed areas for the school to teach in out of the construction area in lieu of 100% completion of each building. This enabled trades to follow on to works earlier in both buildings.
