The works carried out for Sydney Water was to transform an existing site into the new consolidation depot for field support staff.

The scope of works included extensive demolition to allow the complete refurbishment of an existing office and workshop facility, including amenities, construction of 5 new portal framed metal clad storage facilities, hazardous good storage, the installation of pipe racking and pallet racking,  construction of wash down facilities, soft materials storage area and hardstand areas inclusive of on-site carparking.
Substantial services were installed including underground stormwater retention systems to feed back to the wash down areas.

Project Coordination had considerable input to the re-design of the documented hardstand area providing over $400,000 in savings to the Client budget.
