The project was to construct a new home base and administration block for The Crescent School in Goulburn.

The works included the demolition of portions of the existing main school building and the construction of a new addition to the existing main building.

The works also included the construction of new covered ways and roof structures over the existing footpaths and open learning spaces.

The works were completed in two stages with the school remaining fully operational during the whole of the build.
