Design and Construction of new school facilities and refurbishment and additions to existing school facilities:

• Block  P, construction of new homebase building with 6 classrooms
• Block Q, construction of new homebase building with 2 classrooms
• Block O, construction of new communal hall and COLA
• Block G, refurbishment of existing heritage building, including student toilets, canteen, computer lab, library and 8 homebase classrooms
• Block M, conversion of existing dental clinic building into teaching staff office space
• Block L, refurbishment and additions to existing administration building

External works include demolition of existing buildings for construction of new works, new concrete service road, carpark upgrade, re-asphalt of lower playground, upgrade of sporting fields, installation of relocated playground equipment, new cricket nets, landscaping and turfing, concrete access ramps and metal balustrading.
