The project involved the installation of a new two homebase MOR unit and landscaping. It also involved the refurbishment of existing Block A into four new homebases and amenities and the refurbishment of Block B into a new administration building.

INNOVATION:

Project Coordination’s design was in keeping with the buildings original period appeal. Although not a heritage building, original features were kept and matched, such as the timber windows and cladding on the Northern facade. The two refurbished buildings were completely re-clad and new roofing was installed over and above the original project intent. The school has benefited greatly and have received real value for money on the final outcome.
