The works included the construction of a new gatehouse and two new weighbridges to replace the aging system currently in place, as well as completing the roadwork’s leading to the weighbridges.

Due to Project Coordination’s construction experience, the management team ensured builders priced works in their package that were originally to be carried out by Council after the completion of the project.  By incorporating the works into the contract, Project Coordination was able to save Council in excess of $200,000 of works that would otherwise have been spent from other Council budgets.
