Construction of a level 4 extension to the existing hospital, including 14 specialist mental health ward rooms, amenities and offices. Part refurbishment of level 3 to modify courtyard and provide new offices. Extension of the existing lift & fire stair.

INNOVATION:    

The specification indicated a new smaller lift, however this would not fit a hospital bed.  Project Coordination came up with an innovative method of altering the existing structure to allow upgrading the existing lift.
