This refurbishment project was an upgrade of the training facilities for students studying hospitality. Upgraded areas included the reception, bar, soft beverage bar, restaurant and kitchen.  The fabrication and installation of stainless steel benches, the upgrade of the electrical and data systems and the inclusion of beer lines and post mix system were the main works carried out in the refurbishment. 

The remainder of the works included retiling walls and floors to commercial food standards, rejuvenating existing timber bench tops, installing new reception and maitre ‘d counters and repainting the ceilings and walls.
