A lot of work from everyone in getting to where we are, but a particular thanks to Domenic and the Project Coordination team. Your efforts to save the project thousands of dollars and deliver such a high quality building showed us that this was more than a commercial build and very much a passion project.

Just wanted to say a quick thank you to everyone for getting Level 4 to where it is now. Staff are very happy with the results as it’s compliments all round for the design, build time, how smooth the relocations went and getting facilities back up and running for everyone. It’s definitely a much nicer place to be!

I was very impressed with Project Coordination’s ability to work with all stakeholders in a professional and engaging manner. Their professionalism, coupled with a willingness to at all times work in genuine partnership with us, ensured that the process and the finished product met all College expectations.

This letter is my personal recommendation for Project Coordination Australia (PCA) … This project had an incredibly tight delivery timeframe given the lead times required for new workstations, a high security component to the fitout and concurrent design resolution that still needed to occur for some components of the work … I have no hesitation in recommending PCA for any similar project that requires procurement and construction to a tight program requirement.

On behalf of Eastlake Football Club I also wish to pass on our thanks to everyone involved and for being patient with us during the design phase. It has been an absolute pleasure working with everyone thus far. I’m sure we will have our moments before we reach completion but I know the end product will be a very functional and exciting entertainment venue.

Just a brief note to compliment the efforts of the PCAPL team to date on the John James Village Project. It is very clear that on an organisation level, PCAPL has placed much importance on the Project, and that every member of the PCAPL have vested themselves fully in (this) project. The results are evident in the project progress, financial management and the like.

Throughout the works the Project Coordination team was very cooperative with both the client and my organisation. It also worked collaboratively to resolve issues that arose during the construction phase. Project Coordination has also provided an excellent post occupancy service.

I would like to thank you and your staff for the work done. I appreciate it has not always been easy but we created a wonderful building which is much appreciated and enjoyed by staff and patients alike. 

It has been a pleasure working with the Project Teams delivering this challenging project. All associated with this project should be proud in their achievement and in delivering a quality, value-for-money infrastructure project to the NSW tax payer.

The team has been highly professional from the outset and has done an excellent job to date. There has been a good balance of design integrity, schedule management and quality control, through a strong rapport across our staff, local trades and most importantly, our residents and surrounding community.

A huge thank you to Max and the Project Coordination crew for an awesome building. At no point was anything too hard or question too ridiculous – I’m sure there were plenty! As things progressed out of the ground, Max kept us up to date and took the time to explain the situation, schedules and various choices we needed to make. We felt very much part of the build process from start to finish.

We were grateful for Project Coordination’s assistance building the Supercharger Station in Goulburn, NSW. As a new technology the local utility was cautious about its impact on the existing electrical network. By engaging local experts Tim and the team were able to navigate their concerns and build a really good site, and the largest in Australia.

Minimising disruption to trade and completion of the new trading areas as soon as possible was paramount. The team from Project Coordination were able to do this and what sets apart outstanding project managers from ordinary ones is the ability to fully understand the client’s needs and challenge, where necessary, anything that will produce a better outcome for the client.

The Englobo Group is very appreciative of the effort and time invested by the Aurora site team to ensure the display apartment is ready to open tomorrow. It was pretty impressive given that as at Thursday last week sheeting had not yet commenced.

(We) have been very happy with the fact that very little concern has been raised by the Canberra Labor Club management in relation to operational issues arising as a result of the project. I see this as a very good litmus test as to the successful integration of the project with the day-to-day running of the Club to date.

Well done to you and the rest of the site team for achieving a Certificate of Occupancy one month early for Stage 2B. Having this project completed by June 30 is extremely important to The Village Building Company and the efforts by you to achieve this are highly appreciated.

I am very impressed with the quality and speed that the builders displayed when carrying out their work. As you know Justice and Community Safety staff were concerned that they would face a terrible mess when the work was being done and that it might drag out and interrupt their work. However I am happy to inform you that not only have they finished the task for us but they have left the site cleaner than when they arrived to commence their work.

I feel I must write to convey my thanks and that of Council for the effort that he (Bruce Fittler – Project Coordination Site Manager) has put into the construction of our Administration Building in Bungendore.

PCAPL was enormously generous and the final result on this project is fantastic. Response to the fire was above and beyond. I have and will continue to recommend them to others.
